Overview

Once the Admin has created your profile in the AuthX Portal, you can follow the steps below to activate your AuthX User Portal. 

Configuration Steps

1. Check your registered email for a New User Enrollment message from the AuthX Support Team and click the enrollment link.
2. You will be directed to the Create A Password page; follow the "Info Icon" rules to set your password, then click Continue. 
3. To activate your account, select one of the options by toggling the button.
   1. For Scan QR Code: 
      1. To use this feature, download and setup the AuthX app from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android), then scan the QR Code in the app following the activation steps. 
      2. A green check mark will appear upon successful enrollment, indicating you're set up in the AuthX app.
   2. For Using OTP: 
      1. If you prefer not to download an app, you can choose the Using OTP option and receive a One-Time Passcode on your registered phone number. The mobile number provided during sign-up will be automatically selected, but you can edit it if needed and click Send.
      2. Enter the One-Time Passcode received on the phone number you provided. 
      3. Once you enter the OTP, your profile is set up in the AuthX Portal.
4. A confirmation screen is provided and prompted with the Login Now button.
5. Click on Login Now to be directed to the login page, then follow the User Login Process steps from Step 2. For future logins, follow the User Login Process steps to access your Dashboard.
