The Manage Authentication option lets you view and manage the authentication factors in the AuthX system. You can enroll or disable authentication factors by toggling the **ON** or **OFF** buttons. Additionally, you can update your phone number. Web Applications:** 1. Web Applications provide users seamless access to web-based applications created by the Admins in the AuthX Admin Portal under **Applications** → **Bridge Applications**. Additionally, users can add web applications exclusively for their own use under the **Applications** section in the User Portal. This option lets you quickly access Windows Applications using Auto Launch. The admin creates RPA applications in the AuthX Admin Portal under **Applications** → **RPA** **Applications**. Click on any application or right-click on the desired application, which allows you to create a desktop shortcut or enable Auto Launch, which automatically opens the application for quick and easy access. Clicking 'Change Credentials,' you must enter the username and password, then click 'Save.' This feature helps you manage the remote desktop applications, ensuring secure and efficient remote access with appropriate authentication. The admin adds the RDP applications shown through the AuthX Admin portal under **Applications** → **Connection Profiles** and configures them within the **Windows** application under **Connection** **Profiles**. 2. Click on any application or right-click on the desired application, which allows you to create a desktop shortcut or enable Auto Launch, which automatically opens the application for quick and easy access. Upload Logs streamline gathering logs from various system sources, making diagnosing issues and monitoring system performance easier. Collecting relevant log data helps identify problems and optimize system performance efficiently. It allows technical support to identify machine-related problems and provide tailored instructions for the device. 4. **Logged-in Time**: The timestamp records when the user logs into the system, helping support teams identify issues related to session duration or system load. 5. **AuthX** **Version**: This refers to the version of AuthX that ensures that the user uses the correct and most up-to-date authentication system.
